Every NetVUE institution automatically receives two sets of each deck of NetVUE Conversation Cards—currently Explore, Engage, Envision, and Encuentra—either at the time of publication (existing members) or when a new institution joins the network. Campuses needing additional decks can request up to 14 more gratis by filling out the NetVUE Conversation Cards Interest & Order Form. Campus orders must come through the official NetVUE Campus Contact. Institutions that need more than 16 copies of each deck have two options: (1) Join NetVUE’s annual print order or (2) order print-on-demand directly from the printer.
Join NetVUE’s Annual Print Order
NetVUE will order a large print run of all decks annually in June, beginning in 2026. Campus contacts will receive instructions about joining the annual print order in early April, and orders must be placed no later than May 31. The size of the print run will be based on campus orders received by May 31. Campuses may request, at no cost, up to 42 decks in multiples of 14 (e.g., 42 of a single deck or 14 each of different decks).
Print-on-Demand Direct Order
If a campus needs decks between annual print runs, or if it needs more than the designated number of decks, it can place an order directly with our printer Shuffled Ink by filling out the NetVUE Campus Order Form. Skylar Destifino ([email protected]) will follow up with you and communicate about final costs and shipping options. Production time is approximately 4 to 5 weeks.
The per unit price for decks is based on quantity and applies to individual versions of the decks. For example, if you want 25 copies each of Explore and Engage, you will pay the 25+ price, not the 50+ price, though your total order is 50 decks. Prices effective May 2025 are:

Note: NetVUE Conversation Cards are copyrighted. They may not be sold for profit, and you may not modify the deck in any way to reduce the cost of printing. This includes artwork, card dimensions, materials, and print and finish specifications.
If your institution holds (or plans to apply for) a NetVUE grant, up to $2,000 may be used to purchase conversation cards if the cards are integral to the successful implementation of the grant project. They must be included as a budget line in the original grant proposal. If you currently hold a grant and would like to take advantage of this offer, but your grant budget did not include a budget line for the cards, send a budget reallocation request to your grant’s program officer, and please wait for approval before placing your order.
