CIC is one of the cosponsors of the American Association of State Colleges and Universities’ 2009 Millennium Leadership Initiative (MLI) program. MLI, which is in its tenth year, is a leadership development program that provides individuals from underrepresented groups with opportunities to advance to the college presidency.
