 American Academic Leadership Institute (AALI)
CIC and the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU) maintain a relationship with the American Academic Leadership Institute (AALI), an organization committted to supporting leadership development activities for American colleges and universities. Through AALI, a variety of development activities such as seminars, workshops, and other programs are provided to CIC and AASCU presidents, chief academic officers, deans, department chairs, and other campus leaders.
Three programs currently offered through AALI's involvement include the Presidential Leadership Seminar (for presidents), Academic Leadership for the 21st Century (for chief academic officers), and the President-Trustee Dialogues (for CIC presidents).
